Clocking in at half the length of The Obsidian Codex, Malediction lacks none of the previous album’s ferocity while in some ways upping the level of intensity, with far fewer moments of relief from the relentless assault. This is war metal (that is, a certain style of black and death metal) in the tradition of bands like Diocletian, Altarage, Mitochondrion, Antediluvian, and Teitanblood, but less weird than Mitochondrion and less pummelling than Teitanblood, and with a generally more epic sound than any of these great bands. This is a great album to listen to as you descend into Hell. Ippocalyptica

I used to pour an absurd amount of alcohol down my throat whenever something depressed me and I needed to feel better.... What helps now is I pour just as much alcohol into my body AND listen to 'All Paths End the Same' Bra1nded

One of my favorite bands... when they released the single, complete with the serial killer video, I had to sit there and listen to it over and over!!! Every word, like nails right into my core, hitting every feeling I've been experiencing lately. This album rules. coldblackmoon
